Standard shipping & processing times do not apply to pre-order items. Items that are marked as pre-order will ship on the date stated. If any other Stiletto Stonerz® products are purchased along with the pre-ordered item (ie. papers, grinders, etc.), all items will ship together on the date stated.

Our team is working hard to ensure that your products are inspected, packed and shipped with care. Our official Shipping Days are Tuesdays & Fridays.
Processing time- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. (5-7 business days if ordered during peak mode). If orders are placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will not start processing until that following Monday which means it will not ship until that Tuesday or Wednesday. Depending on the volume of the business, orders can go out the same day.
Shipping time- Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.
* What is Peak Mode? Peak Mode is when orders are at a higher volume than usual and Stiletto Stonerz® Boutique is at its peak time where the owner is swamped with orders. Please note your order will be shipped in the order it was received.
ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED. SHIPPING WILL TAKE UP TO 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED TWICE A WEEK ON TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS.
Customers will be informed the day of when peak mode is going to be in effect. The store will never be closed and orders can be made at any time. Just be aware of the time frame when you make your order.

Address corrections require a processing fee.
NOTE: There is a possibility that an order may get shipped less than 24 hours.
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Stiletto Stonerz® is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS.
If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Most likely it is still in transit. The USPS tends to mark items as delivered and have not delivered them. We ask you to give it two business days and then contact us if you haven't received your package to further assist you.
If your order is marked delivered, and we do not hear from you stating you did not receive it within 48 hours after the time frame of it being delivered, we no longer have control over the situation. You will have to contact your local post office.
Stiletto Stonerz® Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the addressed entered for an order. Stiletto Stonerz® will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Once you have contacted the carrier and the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please send an email to email@example.com with the reference number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or an item is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.
