We are officially 20 days into 2022! I feel like just the other day we were in 2020 and I was working non-stop to get ready for the launch of Stiletto Stonerz Smoke Boutique. 💖 Can you guys believe it, this year we will be celebrating our 2nd Cannaversary! 😳 Time really flies when you are having fun and doing what you love 🥰.

For the past two years, I've worked hard at laying a foundation, creating awareness, building my tribe, and establishing a social media presence. I've learned how to build a website, implement SEO, graphic design, and manage inventory, just to name a few. Some important lessons I also learned were what worked and what did not work for Stiletto Stonerz Smoke Boutique. It was definitely a shock to learn how many women preferred prerolled cones over rolling papers 😩, I thought it was just my friends.

As we approach our 2nd year in Business, I'm extremely excited for what's to come. Below are a few of our goals for 2022 that we will be working on achieving this year:

Continue to build customer loyalty with my Beautiez. Establishing that this is a place where all Stoner Girls are embraced and celebrated.
Continue to grow our social media presence. I feel like we've hit the ground running when it came to social media. Unfortunately, since we are a cannabis brand it's pretty hard for us to promote on social media like we really want to (plus we're banned from promoting ads 😭); however, we are not letting this stop us. I've worked on some dope social media content this year that will include more videos. So, buckle up because we are about to have some fun!
Post and promote Stiletto Stonerz Blog more consistently. Since I run another Blog Tiffany the Glamour Geek, I don't post as often as I would like here on Stiletto Stonerz Blog. This year I want to post a minimum of twice a week, and I will be pushing my promotion a little harder.
Networking and meeting my Beautiez. The pandemic has really done a number on us, social gatherings and events are not the same anymore. However, I refuse to let this deter me. For 2022, I've decided to hold off on having any events for Stiletto Stonerz Smoke Boutique. This year, I will be focusing on attending conferences and supporting industry events and other small businesses.
